Wall of Courage

Next to going to the Congo year after year, this is the craziest thing I have done.  I have been working on a painting of 80 separate canvases for nearly 3 years.  This project was inspired from a space of spirit, praying and believing... I am almost there... the next chapter of this story will be when, where and how....

Home Life and Studio

Yep! I am a mom... it was the lack of napping and sleeping of my first son that really got me to paint "now" and not wait for "inspiration"... we were young, poor and had nothing else we could do... so I got busy painting and growing my business at a gradual rate... by the time our second son hit junior kindergarten my husband quit his job to help run our family life and the business :)

Worlds Collide Africa

My first trip to Africa was in 2008.  Upon our return, we decided to sell our house move to our cottage and travel the world.  I have created a series of paintings after each return from Africa under the Worlds Collide title.  What has evolved from each trip are connections... and projects... including a Boys and Girls Club in Tanzania and and Orphanage in the Congo!
