Walk down one of the two commercial blocks in the small town of Gananoque, Ontario, and you may stop short; I did. The building has the simple sign, Heather Haynes Gallery, on the outside and each of the picture windows displays some amazing images.

I always stop to view a painting with a Thousand Islands scene - a boat or wildlife - , especially when walking in one of our River communities. But these collages were so different, so fascinating, I had to go in and ask questions....
